Had my website designed by Promatix. There were some outstanding issues with it and when addressed the post service was absolutely shocking! I just called them now following up on my google analytics report and other outstanding issues that they promised to send me months ago. Melanie was extremely rude, unfriendly, arrogant and gave me such attitude I was speechless. It seems they only want your money and then once you pay that's that! Promatix has been the worst company to deal with I've have had such a terrible experience with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away from Promatix! They will send you a mail saying they can help improve your website, but they are only interested in getting your money! Disgusting customer service!!!
