ACCOUNTS NOT BEING PAID!!

Good day.

I spoke to Maryke about two months ago about accounts not being paid and or included on the payment list.
I sent her a recon of all the payments from 2010 to date, included the ones that were skipped.

She assured me that this will be sorted a.s.a.p! I received an email, and in a phone call the same day Matyke stated that Sheralee will be handling my case, seeing that she doesn't have the time to do so herself.
This occurred on the 7th of October 2013.

This afternoon, 24 October 2013, I phone Sheralee, and asked her about the case. She informed me that Maryke was handling my case and that she doesn't know anything about this!!
I don't really care who handles my case, I just need to get this sorted out!!!

I REFUSE TO WAIT A DAY LONGER! THIS IS BULLSH*@&!!!
SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS, AND I WANT TO KNOW WHO THAT IS!!
