I have been a client of Hosting Unlimited for a few years and as long as everything worked it was fine but recently the service just got worse and worse. They would never respond to any emails, their phone just goes to voicemail but its full so you can't leave a message, they have a chat function on their website but it doesn;t work, which leaves you with emails that are hardly ever answered. They've recently suspended my domain without any notice due to spam! I was without my website and emails for a week (I run an online business). So, I finally decided to move hosts for better service, but now HU refuses to accept the update tickets from [URL Removed] They have also registered themselves as the domain owners instead of myself, so I'm stuck now and don't know what to do! This has been going on for at least 2 months now. Terrible terrible service. Stay away as far as you can.
