I am a IT student that use a lot of internet usage for e-books, research and many more. I can call their support and they will usually fix my slow or no connection within a day to 3, but then a week or so later my internet is again slow and at times there is no connection. So this calling and fixing is a monthly thing and it is making me unhappy and costing my valuable time. Also I use programs such as mumble to transfer voice traffic so that I can communicate with my project team members and I am unable to do so, because they are shaping me on so many ports and as a result I am unable to participate with my project members. They were unable to support me on this issue. At times I use my selfone as a modem to connect to the internet, because I have important things to do, but it is working me out very expensive. One month my MTN bill was over a R1000, because my internet was a lot off with Aerosat. I am also a gamer playing games online. I bought battlefield 3, but is only able to play it 50% of the time. Other games I aint even able to play, because they are shaping me on the ports. I wont recommend them to any one.
