Just a HUGE thanks to the staff of Matrix Warehouse Alberton. Ordered a new PC in June 2013 awaiting a Insurance Claim payout, only got paid first week August. They kept on asking me if everything is still fine and whether I want the new system still. They had to sell the graphics card to defray costs, but such is business.
Picked up the new parts on Saturday 24/08/2013, (Intel Core i7 3770K, ASUS P8Z77 M/B and 8 Gigs RAM, new ASUS GTX660 Ti ordered for me to be collected this week). Went home, built the system only to discover later that the right side RAM banks (DIMM B1 and B2) were faulty, took the whole machine in on Sunday, 25/08/2013, they tested it on site and confirmed my suspicions. Swapped out the Motherboard in store immediately. EXTREMELY happy with their service.
They also advised me in store that my current Power Supply will not cope with the Graphics Card and new hardware which I suspected might be, upgraded it for me. Spent around R 10, 000.00 this weekend and will spend another R 4, 000.00 for the card this week.
