No feedback and pathetic service

Great Service!! Definitely not something I can say for Rebel Tech. Gave my 2 month old LG 23" LED that died and doesn't power on, that I bought from Rebeltech in on the 23rd of August for a RMA and still no news. Everytime I have to call them to find out progress, because when I mail Alex he doesn't really reply and when I do get hold of him on the phone, all he says every-time is that the suppliers are still testing the screen. I mean how pathetic is that, and how difficult is it to test a screen and see that it is dead and has no power. Made quite a few orders from Rebeltech in the past months including two full PC's but now I'm not so sure anymore. Sitting without a screen, so can't use my PC or do any work for almost a month now.. Great!!!
