I must firstly say thank you for a great computer supply shop we have been shopping with you for years, but I must say I am disappointed because I recommend that my Father shop by you when he wanted a tablet for his 68th birthday on the 2nd of Aug, I recommended Esquire as I have always know you to have good products and good after sale service but when my Father returned today 13/8/2013 with regards to his tablets on and off button not working correctly, Firstly your team took his tablet to the back and we're gone for ages and secondly when they did come back they said there was nothing wrong and he must just jiggle the button and it will work. My Father is very precise about all his electronic goods and said he wanted the button to work like the product manual indicated, they said they could send his tablet in for him but he would have to wait awhile for its return or he could take it directly to Vodacom himself and they would sort it out immediately, so my Mother took him straight to Vodaworld where she had to wait ages only to be told it would take 7 to14 working days to get it back, why does your staff pass the buck I'm disappointed with you guys.
