BILLING ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT MY FAULT

I BOOKED MY COMPUTER IN FOR REPAIRS, I WAS TOLD THAT THE MAIN BOARD SHOULD BE CHANGED, AND THAT IT WAS FREE AS THE COMPUTER IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, BUT I GOT A BILL OF R 1.600.00 AND I PAID BUT THE COMPUTER CAME BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, AND KNOW THEY SAY THAT IT DOESN'T WORK AT MY PLACE BUT IT WORKS IN THEIR REPAIR CENTER, SO I WANT TO KNOW WHO'S PROBLEM IS IT? WILL THEY CHANGE THE MAINBOARD OR NOT, BECAUSE ALL THEY DID WAS INSTALL A SOFTWARE AND THE COMPUTERS STILL DON'T WORK PROPERLY.
