I bought 2 machines exactly the same. Waited 2 months for the stock to arrive. Then I needed to buy additional parts so I could actually use it as it did not come with any logical graphics. The one is working perfectly.

So far Acer has come around to repair the other desktop pc (replace motherboards and parts) 3 times. After resetting and reinstalling the machine 4 times myself - requiring over 2GB of downloads each time, I concluded and Acer agreed that the machine needs to be credited and replaced.

They collected the computer on the 19th of June. Today, 8 DAYS later the courier pitches up at my client to collect the computer that they already have at their premises.

There is NO SERVICE, communication or reseller loyalty at Acer anymore. The call centre staff are generally rude and clients who I need to refer directly to them are constantly complaining about their attitudes.

Acer, you have embarrassed me and made me look useless to my client, wasted huge amounts of my time and bandwidth and left my clients waiting for nothing. I am EXTREMELY disappointed!
