Late and no replies

I ordered a pc through rebeltech and asked them to assemble it for me. My first issue came with payment it took about 3 days of bothering Alex to send me an invoice so that I could pay. Next issue came that I wanted a response to acknowledge my payment had been received and that the order would be processed, after emailing and phoning Alex, I did not receive this. On arrival my machine would not boot up, the boot setting were wrong and my graphics would not display on the screen unless i took my graphics card out. After struggling to get it to work it eventually stopped booting at all. I emailed the owner of the company and he assured me it would be dealt with asap. So I took my machine through to them early and now 5 hours later I find out from Alex that he is yet to open my machine and it doesn't sound like it will happen today. I am very upset as I have spoken nicely and shown patience but have received extremely poor service and am starting to get of waiting for stuff to happen which Alex never does.
