Kudos to DigiCape for understanding

I've been having issues on my MBP with 4GB swap space being used. All threads I read pointed to the fact that I needed more RAM. I subsequently bought more RAM from DigiCape only to discover that the issue was still there but to a lesser degree, i.e. all 16GB being used and still using swap space.

This then allowed me to further investigate and find the offending application. After uninstalling the application and finding an alternative, I then discovered that my machine hardly goes beyond the 8GB RAM it had before.

Having just spent quite a sizeable amount of money which no longer seemed necessary, left me quite depressed. I then decided to phone Arnold, asking if I could return the RAM, which they we happy to do.

I was thus very happy that they did not insist on the sale and understood my situation, saving me quite a bit of money.
