Brilliant turnaround time on repai

I would like to compliment Digicape in Johannesburg for their excellent service.

I had a problem with the display of my 15" Retina MacBook Pro. I simultaneously contacted both the iStore and Digicape. Digicape responded immediately and allowed me to come into their shop to diagnose the problem. This took less than 30 minutes and they ordered the new screen. They then returned my MacBook to me and said they would call me when the part arrived so I could continue to use the machine in the interim.

I was phoned today to let me know that the part had arrived - I went in and within 30 minutes I had my screen replaced with a brand-new screen.

Total time without my MacBook under 1 hour. This was brilliant as the iStore wanted to keep the MacBook for 3 days simply to diagnose the problem.

John and staff were super-friendly and efficient. I did not have to call or follow up once as they contacted me directly with all updates.
