STOP WITH THE EXCUSES FOR PATHETIC SERVICES!

Since the new update Pastel released, everything goes haywire!!! And when you try to phone their Call Centre I have to wait longer than a half an hour!!! Stop with the pathetic excuse about year end and FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! OR PAY OUR PHONE BILLS AND THE TIME WE WASTE FOR HOLDING!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!!!
