I Placed an order on Digicape's website on 10 Jan 2013. I was informed by Phia that there is a constraint on I mac's coming into SA. I was sent a letter stating that there would be stock by mid Feb... This has come and gone. Then a couple of days ago, I get an invoice for the I mac, finally! (Order placed 10 Jan, still waiting 65 days later) I make payment and send it through to phia, don't hear a thing.

When I get hold of her, I just get told that my i mac still hasn't arrived. Why the would you ask me to pay for something WHEN YOU STILL CANT TELL ME WHEN I AM GOING TO GET IT.

The service at digicape sucked. I had to email them every time and on the third go somebody would reply. I use to by my mac products from you guys, but after this shocking experience I will just get it from the nearest I store.

If you are planning on buying a Mac Do yourself a favor and DONT buy it from digicape.
