I've been on the pre order list since NOV/DEC and been a patient customer until now. it is APRIL, meaning 5MONTHS waiting.
It has come to my attention that a someone else had placed their order a few weeks ago for the same Imac i want and they received it before me, this is terrible business ethics. Ive been on the phone a few times now and nobody can give me any info or explain how this happened. As proof i'm looking at the Imac as i type this. I've been a digicape customer for years now, and this has forced me to NEVER support their business again.
I also understand there is a world wide constraint on this product, but I'm highly irritated with the position I've been put in, I've lost a lot of work due to this and a lot of money! Adding to this every time i speak to them they keep saying end of the month, they've been saying this since Jan.
I'm not usually the one to complain, but this is ridiculous now
