I have used this Samsung SIII for 3 weeks, the motherboard has packed up. The Repair Centre tells me it will take between 5 and 10 working days to have it replaced. They will not replace the phone, or give me a loan phone until the issue is resolved. I am self employed, and this is a loss of income for me. Other than that, how is it my problem that they have supplied a defective phone? Why can the phone not just be replaced with a new phone? This is shocking service.
