I switched my payment method last month 27th Nov... And opted Debit order.. And payment supposed to go off 27th Dec... Nothing went off... Today 3 January I phoned customer service.. To my shock&dissapointment... The lady at customer care inform me Debit order was never ACTIVATED in store, N1 City... Now Debit order only going off 27th January!! That the reason I switched from instore payment to Debit order, TO BUILT UP MY CREDIT!! very very disappointed...
