Refuse to exchange damaged Clothing Stock

I am THE Biggest Identity Fan. I dont have any other clothing besides Identity Clothing. I shortly will be taking a photo of all my clothing which ive bought from Identity.
In December 2012 I was given a pair of 3/4 Jean Shorts for Xmas which i absolutely LOVE. I wore them a few times before they had to be washed and when i washed these, Rusty/Oily Marks appeared in the fabric which werent there when i soaked them. I do all my clothing in our bath and not in a washing Machine. ( I have photos to prove this)
I was very upset that this had happened so my Girlfriend who has an account at Identity purchased another pair for me and gave it to me for my Birthday on the 28th Feb 2013. After 3 times of wearing these, we soaked them in the bath and AGAIN them same thing happened. Rusty/Oily Marks appeared.
Musgrave Refuse to exchange these - its been just over a week and No correspondence with me from Head office. I spoke to both CLIVE & again today I spoke to Widaad Samsoodien. I just want to exchange both of these pairs for new ones - I'm not asking for my money back without a TIll Slip.
I shall be closing my Account!! I am disgusted!!!
