Poor call centre

I have to say, I have never in my life tried calling a call centre 12 times, only to reach a voicemail at the end of each call. All I wanted to do is find out what time my credit card was being delivered and I have not been able to reach anyone.

This is incredibly poor service and it meant me waiting at home not knowing what time they will be delivering my card.
