Vasu's Electrical Hopeless & Bad Attitude

I sent my beach buggy in for a complete rewiring to Vasus Electrical on 21 April 2013. The owner, Vasu said that the car would be ready on Wednesday 24 April. After making arrangments to leave work. I arrived at the business premises where I left my car. It was not there and not ready. Vasu said that my car was parked at his house and I should fetch it the next day. The next day, Thursday, 22 April. At 5:30pm, Vasu calls and tells me that the car is now at his mothers house and I should fetch it the next day. I spent the night looking for my car which was parked at a house under construction. On phoning Vasu, he told me that he cannot come and opne the gate and give me my car. On Friday, I asked my friend to fetch the car from that house as I was at work. My friend paid him R350-00 and drove my car to his house. After I finished work, I got to my friends house and inspected my car. To my shock, the car was not rewired, but old wires insulated, old fuses left in, hooter was not working, park lights were engaging the indicators. After calling Vasu I expressed my disappointment at the shoddy work done. I asked him for a refund, he refused, put the phone down didnt take any of my calls
