Defective house

I purchased a house throughs and JBE properties and conveyance attorneys were M.D. Mitchell. The house ihas no doors and windows are broken, no water pipes, no electrical cables and the geezer leaks, however an evaluator certified the house and electrical certificates were issued. I have spoken to all parties involved but all of them are claiming innocence
