I called early in April and informed House & Home that my TV is under extended guarantee and faulty. They advised me that they will come and fetch it. After numerals calls it was only fetched on the 25th of April. I called again yesterday to check when will it be back, they said yestertay, the 11th of June. Joyce from House & Home also informed me that their contractor should actually give them credit so that I can come and fetch a new TV since this has been going on for more than 21days. I have to date not received it. Please assist me.
