Just want to say a BIG thank you to Randy at Thrifty CPT INT for her exceptional customer service on Saturday morning VER early, cause I was the first customer of the day! I know I was difficult, but she came thru for me and met my needs for my rental. She went over and above what was required, cause I wanted a Sonata and all you had was a Cruze, and she found me what I wanted! Even phoned me back when I left the airport to say she found a Sonata and I can bring back the Cruz. Now that I call Customer service, and she should be crowned Customer value Champion for this!! Thank you! Also for Medaad who also made me feel welcome and part of the family as I was standing there waiting for the car, BIG thank you to you to Sir!!
