Early on New Year's day I found myself in need of a vehicle at very short notice. The best price I found online was from Thrifty's, so I booked online and then went straight to the airport to pick up the car. Joyce at Thrifty's went to a great deal of trouble to expedite the whole process for me, and in record time we had our vehicle. Everything done by Joyce and the gentleman who did the pre-delivery check, was done quickly and efficiently, with a smile and careful attention to detail. When I returned the car, I was greeted by name and the return process was equally painless. Kudos to branch manager, Charlene Botha, and her team at O R Tambo, this was great service. Thank you!
