I was pleasantly surprised by the lenghts someone would go to keep a customer happy. I booked a Polo Vivo from Thrifty and the call centre agent did not tell me that i might not get the desired car. The young gentleman that helped me on 28/0/2013 had to bend over backwards and made me feel like my holiday began right there in the offices..
i wasnt the easiest customer, but i must say that service of this level is refreshingly different!!!
