I called Thrifty Care Rentals on Saturday morning in hope to secure and reserve a car for the Easter Weekend in Durban. The guy over the phone was very rude, but I managed to calm myself. He could not even wait for me to hang up. I wanted to know what was the procedure and all I got was stinking attitude. I am still waiting for the invoice to see how much it would cost me, but he has not sent it. Gosh! What happened to Customer Servicve?
