My Documents states that i had received the I10 at 426km on the 28 Jan '13. Where in actual fact i had received the car at 432km with one bar LESS of a FULL tank which i have photographic evidence of. I returned the vehicle on the 30 Jan with a FULL tank which i had filled up at Sasol, 1.7 km away with proof of a petrol slip. I have now been billed for R106.50 worth of fuel. How is it possible to have used R106.50 worth of fuel in 1.7km?
I feel cheated by budget by not receiving a full tank of fuel and then still being charged on top of that for R106.50 worth of fuel. I am disgusted that this is how Budget operates their vehicles at their own customers expense.
I will never trust this company every again and i will never recommend them to anyone!
