Horrible service!!! '

On the 21August 2011 I bought a pre-owned Kia Picanto 2011 model from the Fourways branch. When we were checking the car with the sales consultant before I drove it out from the garage, We discovered that the car had a few scratches and the one cup holder was not working.
The sales consultant assured me that he will book the car in that week and he was going to give me a call and tell me when to bring it in. A week later I gave him a call to find out if he had managed to get me a booking for the car, he told me that the service department was fully booked however he was going to make it a point that he books my car in as soon as they have an opening. I also stopped calling coz I felt I was gonna come across as someone who was bothering him. Fast Forward 7months later I am still waiting for that call, and then I took it upon myself to send the consultant (Bradley) and e-mail to find out on what has been the hold up because, I have been more than patient for him to get back to me. I got a response from Johan who told me that Bradley no longer worked at the branch and he asked me to explain my problem, i did and he never responded to my e-mail. A day later I sent him and e-ma
