Ought a damaged (Lot of Problems) VW Crafter

I bought a vw crafter at lisabank. I paid R2000 for holding deposit and never got it back. The bus has problems and the sales person, never call you back when you complain. I drove from Pretoria to drop the car at their fourways branch and told they can help me. Violet told me to talk to branch manager, who was only revering me to the contract. When I got the car, he (Branch Manager) was there at the branch and told me that I must just relax. If any problem I may encounter on the car, I must just make appointment so that it can be fixed. I got the car on Saturday. Things like worn out tyres, alignment, airbag light is on, scratches and dents, heavy smoke from engine, oil leak, water leak, and water signal on the dash board. Those are some of the problems. But I am sent from pillar to post. The money that I have spent to their branch and time wasted. They will not call you, when you leave message. But they can call you for signing the contract for the car. No after service. I still have the car with problems. It's not good to buy car from this garage. They don't care about the customers. Sales lady got her commission and she is happy. But what about me?
