POOR after sales service from Kia

I bought a brand new Rio from Kia Roodepoort a few month back. This was a great experience. With my first service i dropped the car off at around 6:30, only to be told that the driver only starts work at 8 am so i had to wait. I asked them to have a look at a clutch shudder. I got a call to say the car was ready, i asked if the driver could pick me up. I was told that he was unavailable. When i got there, i was told that there was an issue with the clutch and they would need the car for 3 days. (Just before December Holidays) I took the vehicle in on Monday 14th. No courtesy car given. When i was told i could collect my vehicle, no driver available. The car had to stay another night. This morning i got a lift there. When they brought my car around i noticed a white mark on the passenger door. On closer inspection i saw that someone had bashed another car door into mine, removing paint of my door. I complained to the lady that booked in my car, she then brought the service manager. He was so arrogant about it, asking when i noticed the mark. He then said he needed the car to have it sorted. I could not leave my car any longer. We had words and i left. There has been no reaction.
