Kia Itself, make parts - right?
I bought a mirror for the new Kia Picanto, I specifically had asked if that which I will be paying is for the FULL unit. It was R1214.00.
When I received my mirror the next day, and had to get it fitted, the mirror cover was not there!
(Now this was just human error from the person which ordered the mirror for me so I don't blame them)
So I phoned in - and I was told that you have to buy it separate, a round up R200, for the cover.
How do you guys work? It's like paying for a heart operation, but you need to buy the heart separately.
Why don't you just include it when you say "all inclusive".
Up your service and don't do your customers in just to get a quick deal.
