I BOUGHT A TOYOTA COROLLA IN JUNE LAST YEAR BUT IN JANUARY IT BROKE. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER BUT WAS INFORMED I MUST PAY R5000 BEFORE THEY FIX MY CAR. I PAID THE MONEY AND THE DEBIT ORDER ALSO GO OFF EVERY MONTH FOR THE INSTALMENT OF THE CAR, BUT IT IS NOW END OF APRIL AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK. EVERYTIME I PHONE OR ENQUIRE THEY WAIT FOR A PART. TODAY AGAIN I PHONED AND THEY ARE STILL WAITING FOR A COMPUTER BOX. I LEFT A MESSAGE TO BE CONTACTED BY THE MANAGER BUT NO REPLY. I FEEL THAT THEY LEAVE ME NO OPTION BUT TO GET LEGAL HELP. MY CHILD IS VERY SICK BUT I DO NOT HAVE TRANSPORT BUT I PAY EVERY MONTH FOR THIS CAR. I NEVER MISSED ONE PAYMENT AND I ALREADY PAID THE R5000 AS WELL FOR THE REPAIRS.
