Worst Customer Experience for Brand New Car!!!

My brother was in the process of purchasing a BRAND NEW Hyundai iX 35 from Hyundai Alberton.
Due to an endless list of problems and the worst customer service, we cancelled the deal after signing all paperwork!
The car was not available for viewing on agreed date, car was not ready on agreed date, we renegotiated a new date and on collection we found that the navigation system was not working, the boot lock was broken, there was a dent on the boot and the battery was flat!!! It goes without saying that the deal was cancelled.
I have transferred R10, 000.00 as a deposit into the given account, 2 weeks have passed and my money has still not been refunded. I have been calling the sales agent for the past 2 weeks and each time its 'I will get back to you, finance needs to sort this out, I will personally see to it that the money is deposited into your account ' or the agent is never available.
