I went to the Steers at Cresta to buy some lunch today (06/02/2014). I ordered two toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches at 13:25. i then stood aside and waited for my sandwiches. I waited almost an half an hour for my toasted sandwich, without any apologie or explanation from the staff why it took so long for a SANDWICH!! REALLY!!! If i order food from a restuarant it dont even take that long to get my food. Steers is supposed to be a fast food outlet but it took almost half an hour for a sandwich and they were not even busy! i am very dissapointed because i did not get a explanation why the sandwich took so long to prepare. i will never buy anything from this steers again. the staff at steers cresta is incompetent to work with people.
