On 2013-04-04 we were en-route to Pretoria from Durban when we realised that we were rapidly loosing fuel. As soon as we arrived in Pretoria we proceeded to the nearest Ford dealer / service provider to determine the cause. Kobus immediately attended to us and inspected the vehicle for a possible fault whilst we waited in the reception area, having coffee against the Gauteng cold and nerves, thinking that it might be a big and costly problem. We received prompt feedback on the default and it was repaired straight away. The vehicle was taken to the wash bay as the vehicle and engine was covered in diesel after which we could be on our way, our weekend plans not totally derailed.
