My vehicle's turbo broke a few months ago and had to replaced it. My vehicle was towed to Ford Randburg. Ford Randburg replaced my vehicle's turbo and told me everything is fine now with the vehicle. Since then my vehicle had issues starting and smoked a lot in the mornings. I had to take the vehicle back on a few occasions. Ford replaced glow plugs, battery, diesel pump and new cable's. Tested the car at least 3 times on their systems. Send the vehicle to V&M Diesel to be checked. Every time it costs me money and till today my vehicle is still not fixed. Even when I put in a complain at Ford nobody is even responding to my complain and I'm still having the issue with my car. So far Ford customer service don't exist, worst service from Ford Randburg. Paula swearing at me and nobody is helpful. I need someone to take responsibility on this issue.
