I had an electrical problem. They collected the car, searched for the problem, cleaned up the terminals, washed the car & returned it to my home while I was out & put the keys through the letter slot in my door.
I went in to pay them & was told that there was no charge as they "had not done anything"
What an excellent customer attitude.
