Ref FT1T34843312 My order has been shipped on Dec 4, 2013 and I have not received it to date. I was told when I phoned Agnes on Dec 13, that my parcel would be delivered that day. It has not been delivered. I phoned her again on 17 Dec 2013, and was told to speak to the driver who was not respectful. He told me that he has been to that address but there was never someone there. I have a full time nanny at my house and I have on numerous occasions requested to be contacted when they have arrived at my house so that I could inform the nanny to sign for my package. This request has never been fulfilled. And he responded by telling me that he will not wait for 30 minutes for someone to come and collect the package. I told him that that would not happen and that he should deliver the parcel. Have not heard a word from any representatives from FedEx and have been trying to contact Agnes with no avail. I now have to make payment on the contents of a parcel which I have not received.
