Windscreen Crack

On 15 July 2013 I make a booking with the lady was in the desk for 17 ;uly 2013 12:30, I call the office the next day to remind them bt the day I suppose to get a car they tell me the stories that they don't have a car they have other bookings. There was a Polo was standing outside and they said its a booking I must go they will call me if they find something. I go back to them they give me the same Polo and when we check the car as usually Nomabhaso said I know everythin about this car then I go. After I left the office I notice the crack on windscreen behind the mirror unfortunately I was out of airtime that moment and it was 16:55 and I was on my way out of King to go back to the office it was late because of a traffic. I return the car the next day very early to tell them about the crack but no one knows about it so I was so suprise. I receive the call that they charge R 1 900 for the crack that I don't know, that was so unfair for me I have no reason to denie something I know. I thnk it was my last booking after so many times I use Avis
