The call centre can never just take your call. they are always receiving high call volumes and don't bother leaving messages no one calls back.
Parcel is stuck at customs because of a problem with their system not picking up payments.
What are bank statements for? cant customs pick up payments received from there. UH UH..Welcome to South Africa.. its not on the system.. We cant release...
But the money is in your account and I can forward proof... UH UH payment not on system, NO can release..

This issue is happening from Wednesday 17/04/2013 and today is monday and still no joy.
We will carry on losing customers at your expense, because you cant prove to customs that we have paid YOU!!!
