Terrible attitude from this lady who does not know the value of a customer. I do not pay for such horrible service and will gladly take my business elsewhere to more efficient and pleasant companies.
This woman says that my consignment was sent to me but as it was before business hours they left and my consignment is now with customs. So, since when do customs release stock BEFORE clearance? She then goes on to argue with me like she knows better! I refuse to accept such nasty service from people who not only do not apologize but don't even know how things are run! How very unprofessional.
I will let you know how long it takes before I actually do receive my consignment.
