Could someone please tell what is happening with my delivery!!!??? Its been in the country since last week Tuesday!! I had to phone the call centre myself to find out whats happening. After numerous times of getting cutoff they tell me I need to pay a customs amount but no one can tell me the amount. They transfer me to customs but the call gets cut. I have been trying to phone customs directly on 011 390 2537 and 36 since last week but no one answers. This is not the first time I've experienced bad service from Skynet
