APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just had the most horrible experience at Foschini a few mins ago (13:51). I went there to pay my account and Dinah gave me terrible service. She didnt have the audacity to greet me. She stood there looking at me as I handed my card over to her. She then proceeded to give me nasty looks and gave me stinking attitude. As a paying customer, I DO NOT expect to receive such service. I called the Manager, who didn't even seem interested in solving the problem, nor reprimanding the Consultant. I told her I require an apology from her, she then called her to come apologise, and she finally did. It was quite evident that her apology wasn't the slightest bit sincere.
