I went to Wonder-Water to have the Shocks replaced as I was quoted on the 8th April when the car went for service on the 8/04/13, I was assisted by Hein Botha, asked if I can pay for labour he said no I will pay after the service, I ask how much he said i R1, 077, I ask why since on the quotaion it indicated R470.00 he explained that labour is charged per hour so it takes _2 hours for the job to be done. I ask why this was not brought to my attention the first time he told me its clearly indicated on the quotation, I didn't dispute that but I didn't know that Quantity/Time Units means per hour. I then told him that I don't have that money with me since I've worked on a R470, 00 budget, I told him that I will take my car else where and requested to be given the car parts back since they were already paid for R3, 195.00 cash. He then throw me with my car keys, then went to my car fiddle with my papers inside the cab-ion. I said to him he cannot do that since we no longer had any business then he started swearing at me in full view of other customers and his Manager Raymond Swart. He started hitting the walls with his fists he went on threatening to beat me, he was angry. #pleasehelp#
