So, last year in September, I had all four tyres replaced on my vehicle. When I took it for a service two weeks ago, I was told of high speed spots. I was also explained that this is a defect in the tyre and I should take it back to the place of purchase. This is an issue, since I did this at your Milnerton branch, and it no longer exists. I have sent NUMEROUS emails asking what I can do, including on your web sites enquiry tool, and to the Cape Town branch's email address itself. Why is no one getting back to me? Is this the service I am looking forward to? GET BACK TO ME
