I replaced my cars two front tyres in August 2013 at Palm Tyre, Maitland. Yesterday I noticed that the inside side wall of one of the tyres had a bulge and I went back to Palm Tyre to have the tyre replaced.
After they removed he tyre from the rim an obvious bulge on the inside of the tyre was apparent. The owner was consulted who agreed immediately that the tyre should be replaced at no cost to me.
I went there fully prepared to pay for the replacement tyre, more concerned for safety than anything else - the outstanding service above and beyond expectations was truly wonderful.
Palm Tyres has been my goto tyre place for almost 12 years now as their prices are extremely competitive - this is just one more reason not to even bother shopping around in future.
