i bought four mitchelin tyres from Pitstop in Athlone, Cape Town on the 21st November 2013 after the salesman convinced me to buy it at R850 /tyre i drove from pitstop to my house and that's like 600m. The following morning i drove about 300m when i had a blow out on the left rear tyre i changed the wheel and took it back to pitstop and they had the tyre since the morning of the 22nd november 2013 the rep for mitchelin states in his report that the tyre was damaged by a blunt object and it was no manufacturing fault and i asked him if a blunt object can damage your tyre then that say alot about the qualitiy of your tyre and for the amount i paid i am so unhappy right now the rep is going to sent the tyre to JHB and i will only get it back in January and that to me is the worse service from mitchelin and pitstop now im driving around with three good tyres and one smooth tyre this is bad i do not want the tyres on my vehicle anymore and pitstop does not want to return it or refund me please help me
