Still waiting for parts after 3 months!!

I'm very dissapointed with the service i received from Danmar Autobody Roodepoort..it seems they just dont care about their clients. I'm driving an unsafe car without interior rear mirror and a bumper. They have promised me that they will call me when they have the parts but to date i have not received a call from them. My mirror was broken by one of their staff and i phoned Toyota they have the parts in stock but to my surprise they cant find the parts :(...this is a very dissapointing service. I have made numerous calls with no luck!
