Terrible service and bad workmanship

October 2012 someone drove into the back of my new car. Now this is a terrible experience on its own, but to make matters worse it is now almost 7 months later and the car is still not fixed. I've had to take the car back to Danmar 8/10 times since they started. When we got it back the first time there were drops of paint, areas that weren't painted, the boot wasn't aligned or connected to the lever. Then things got worse. The bumper was painted red and had to be redone. Paint was messed on my inside console and removed and that damaged the console. Paint was messed on my rims, still certain parts of the car wasn't painted. They also used a different colour paint and made blotches on my passenger side door, what I don't understand is that the door wasn't even part of the accident, why is there paint? Lastly they didn't even put a GSL badge on the boot even though they ordered it. Every week we have to phone them to hear we are their first priority and they will phone us after the production meeting, but nothing gets done? We constantly have to phone, you should see my phone bill? They hardly ever phone back! I still have the paint on my car and a missing badge. This has to fixed asap please
