Poor Workmanship / 2 Months Delay

My vehicle was booked in at Danmar Westrand for hale damage around the 8th of February 2013, after numerous calls to Danmar, Corrie Strydom confirmed that my vehicle will be ready for collection the 15th March. Upon arrival I met with Corrie Strydom and another unnamed employee. While inspecting my vehicle the poor workmanship was clearly visible on the bonnet and rear vendor. There were additional chip marks on the rear bumper. There were visible stains on the passenger seat. The interior was full of dust. I made it very clear that I am not satisfied with state of the car and Corrie confirming earlier that the vehicle is ready for collection. Clearly the vehicle was in no state to hand to any paying customer. I requested that they resolve this issues and complete my vehicle as soon as possible as my insurance has cancelled my hired vehicle. They supplied me with a vehicle which was very dirty inside. At the 5th of April I haven't received confirmation as to when they will complete my vehicle. This is totally unacceptable as my vehicle has been with them close to 2 months.
